Update details

Hello everyone! I hope you're all having a wonderful day.

In this update, I managed to do something that I once thought would be impossible.

Yep, I added a brand-new NPC to the game. And not just any NPC, either. She's also a new marriage candidate that you can eventually marry!

When I first planned this game, I intentionally kept the scope as small as possible so that I could realistically finish it by myself. That included limiting the number of villagers and NPCs in the game.

However, after releasing the game on Google Play some time ago, I was surprised by how many people became interested in it. Throughout my journey as a game developer, most of my previous games were only played by close friends and family. Don't get me wrong, I was always grateful, even if only a handful of people enjoyed my games.

But this game was different.

No, it's not as huge as you might imagine, but for me, the number of players far exceeded anything I expected.

Many of you sent me emails, messages through social media, and comments on the game's page. This was a completely new experience for me, and honestly, it made me incredibly happy.

Among all the bug reports and suggestions I received, one request kept appearing over and over again: adding a new marriage candidate.

It wasn't that I didn't want to do it. The problem was that adding a completely new NPC, especially a marriage candidate, requires a huge amount of work and preparation. Because of that, I usually had to apologize and explain that it wasn't part of the original plan.

But as time went on, the requests kept coming.

I was genuinely happy to see so many people caring about something I created, and eventually I started feeling bad about constantly saying no. So, I decided to accept the challenge.

And this update is the result.

Thank you all so much! This game would never have grown this far without your support.

Replaced the analog movement controls with a directional pad (experimental). Added 5 new Legendary Fish. Added an item that instantly teleports you back to your farm (cannot be used indoors or inside dungeons). Added items that permanently increase player stats. Entering a festival now fully restores HP, STA, and removes all debuffs. Fixed Luna's head clipping into the pot at the inn. Fixed livestock spawning and egg spawning issues. Fixed time continuing to pass after marriage events when proposing outdoors. Fixed variables not decreasing correctly after crafting certain items. Redesigned dungeon treasure rooms. Adjusted sword and spear combo behavior. Players now only move forward during combo attacks if there is no obstacle directly ahead, reducing the chance of clipping outside the map. Added additional map layers to further reduce clipping issues. Added new achievements. Fixed conditions for NPCs telling the player other villagers' birthdays. You can now book a room at the inn through Tini. Fixed the Adventurer Exam not starting properly after failing and attempting it again. Fixed missing buttons when naming animals or children. Fixed a sleep-related issue where movement speed reduction was not removed despite other debuffs being cured.

Thank you again for all your support, bug reports, feedback, and suggestions. Every message helps make the game better, and I hope you enjoy this update!
